Effective date: October 16, 2026
Welcome to Agentic Workflow (“AWFlow”). AWFlow is operated by Dannick Kwengang, a private individual based in Germany (Mennonitenstraße 20, 67657 Kaiserslautern), and not by a registered company. In these Terms, “AWFlow”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the software, services, website, marketplace and related features operated by AWFlow (collectively, the “Service”), including the in-browser workflow builder and the public workflow marketplace (the “Marketplace”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Quick summary (plain language)
- The Service is a free, in-browser workflow automation tool that runs primarily on your device’s web browser and can trigger workflows from web pages.
- You keep ownership of workflows you create. If you upload a workflow to the Marketplace, you grant AWFlow and other users certain rights to host and use it (see Section 6).
- The Service is provided “as is.” AWFlow is not responsible for actions performed by workflows you run, nor for damages caused by workflows obtained from the Marketplace.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Contact: hello@awflow.io.
This summary is informative only; the detailed terms below control.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service you confirm that you are at least legally able to enter into these Terms and that you accept and will comply with them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. The Service — how it works
- Client-side operation. The core runtime of the Service executes inside your web browser. Workflows created and executed locally remain on your device unless you explicitly upload or share them. Because the tool runs client-side, data and execution context are generally under your control.
- Marketplace. You may choose to upload workflows to the Marketplace to share them with other users. Uploaded workflows are stored and served so others can discover and use them.
- Free pricing. The Service and Marketplace are provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; such changes will be notified in advance.
5. Accounts and access
- You may use the Service anonymously or create an account if account features are offered. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Do not share your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@awflow.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
- We may offer integrations or optional services that require additional permissions. Granting such permissions is your choice; review requested permissions before granting them.
6. User content & Marketplace rules
6.1 User content
“User Content” means workflows, templates, comments, documentation and other material you create, upload, publish or otherwise provide to the Service or the Marketplace.
6.2 Ownership
You retain ownership of the User Content you create. By uploading User Content to the Marketplace you represent and warrant you have all necessary rights to do so.
6.3 License for Marketplace content
If you upload or publish a workflow to the Marketplace you grant AWFlow and other users a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable right and license to host, store, reproduce, use, publicly display, distribute, and make available that uploaded content (including for distribution to other users). You also grant other users the right to download, inspect, run and adapt the workflow consistent with the Marketplace’s interface and feature set.
If you wish to impose a different license on your workflow (for example, a particular open-source license), include clear license text with the uploaded file; you remain responsible for ensuring that license is legally enforceable.
6.4 Marketplace policy and moderation
We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety or legality of content uploaded by users. AWFlow may, but is not obliged to, review, moderate, remove or refuse uploads that violate our policy, these Terms, or applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content at our sole discretion (for example, content that is harmful, illegal, or that exfiltrates data).
7. Prohibited content & uses
When using the Service or Marketplace you must not:
- Upload, publish, or distribute workflows that are unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, pornographic, exploitative, or that facilitate criminal activity.
- Create or distribute workflows intended to perform hacking, unauthorized access, automated scraping of third-party services without permission, credential harvesting, or automated circumvention of access controls.
- Build or share workflows that intentionally collect, transmit or disclose personal data without lawful basis (including required consents), or that facilitate privacy violations.
- Publish workflows that install malware, spyware, ransomware, or any code that causes harm to users’ systems or data.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations (including data protection laws such as the GDPR).
- Circumvent any usage restrictions or security protections built into the Service.
AWFlow may remove or block content or accounts that violate these prohibitions.
8. Data protection and privacy
- Local execution and privacy. Because workflows execute in your browser, data processed by locally run workflows generally remains on your device. However, if you link external services, upload workflows to the Marketplace, or enable optional integrations, data may be transmitted to third parties or to AWFlow’s servers.
- Uploading to the Marketplace. By uploading workflows you may be transmitting content to AWFlow servers; do not upload sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
- Privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Review it carefully. (If you do not have an established privacy policy page yet, include one as soon as you make the Service public.)
If you are subject to the GDPR or other privacy regimes, you are responsible for ensuring your use and publishing of workflows complies with those laws.
9. Intellectual property and trademarks
- All rights, title and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) including software, trademarks, logos, designs, and other materials are owned by AWFlow or our licensors.
- Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of AWFlow’s intellectual property. You may not remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices in the Service.
10. Third-party content and services
The Service may allow connections with third-party services and resources. We are not responsible for third-party products, services or content, and we do not make any representations about them. Any transaction or relationship you enter into with third parties is solely between you and that third party.
11. Security
- You are responsible for the security of your device, browser, account credentials and any API keys or tokens you use with the Service.
- Do not share secrets, credentials or personal data in Marketplace posts unless appropriate protections and legal consents are in place.
- If you discover a security vulnerability in the Service, please notify us immediately at hello@awflow.io. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before giving us a reasonable chance to respond.
12. Disclaimers — no warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AWFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AWFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Because workflows can perform actions on web pages and interact with external systems, AWFlow DOES NOT WARRANT that any workflow will be safe, lawful, or appropriate for your context.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AWFLOW’S OPERATOR, ANYONE ACTING ON THE OPERATOR’S BEHALF, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ABOVE, AWFLOW’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF EUR 50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AWFLOW IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. (As the Service is currently free, in most cases the cap will be the lower amount.)
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AWFlow’s operator and anyone acting on the operator’s behalf from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your User Content, or (d) your violation of applicable law.
15. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or remove your User Content at any time for violation of these Terms or when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the licenses you granted to AWFlow for hosting/serving Marketplace content survive as described in Section 6.
16. Export controls and compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable export and import laws and sanctions. Do not use the Service in a manner that would violate those laws.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.
18. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms and any documents expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and AWFlow regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
19. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, feature requests, bug reports or other feedback, you grant AWFlow a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into the Service without obligation to you.
