Weekly Review Generator

Every Friday it reads your tracking sheet and emails you an AI-written review of your week — reflection without the writing.

Add AI in the middle

Not just the data. What it means.

Put an on-device model between the two apps. It reads what Gmail gives it, writes a short summary or flags what looks off, and only then hands it to Google Sheets. It runs on your device, so that step stays private.

The data doesn't have to start in Gmail. Read a table, a price or a list straight off the page you're on, then send it to Gmail and Google Sheets in one workflow.

Questions

The honest answers.

How does AWFlow notice something new in Gmail?

It checks. A Schedule trigger reads Gmail at the interval you set, while your browser is open. There is no server watching around the clock.

What do I need to connect Gmail and Google Sheets?

A credential for each app, created from inside the extension; each app's setup guide lists the steps. Google and Microsoft 365 apps need your own OAuth client, a one-time registration in the vendor's console. In local mode no AWFlow account is needed at all.

Does it cost anything per run?

No. Workflows run in your browser, so there are no per-task or per-execution fees. Gmail and Google Sheets apply their own usual limits.

Can I keep the data private?

Yes. Requests go from your browser to Gmail and to Google Sheets — AWFlow's servers never relay them. If you add AI in the middle, an on-device model keeps that step on your device too.
