Overview

Sort an incoming message into billing, technical, sales or other and route it to the right response — on-device.

Good for

triaging support messages, tagging inbound requests, routing by topic.

How it works

  1. Run now

    Starts the workflow when you press Run.

  2. Message to sort

    Paste the message you want to classify. Replace the sample with your own.

  3. Classify the message

    Tags the message with one of the four categories.

  4. Route by category

    Sends the message down the branch that matches its category. Anything that isn't billing, technical or sales falls through to Other.

  5. Billing branch

    What happens when the message is about billing.

  6. Technical branch

    What happens when the message is a technical issue.

  7. Sales branch

    What happens when the message is a sales enquiry.

  8. Other branch

    The Switch fallback — anything that didn't match a category.

Setup

  1. Install / enable the awflow browser extension.

  2. Local AI model: set model.
