Overview

Good for

making URL slugs, filenames, or anchor IDs from a title or heading.

How it works

  1. Right-click a selection

    Adds this workflow to the right-click menu whenever you have text selected.

  2. Get selected text

    Reads the full text you highlighted on the page. The context-menu event only carries a short, truncated copy, so this node gets the complete selection reliably.

  3. Make the slug

    Converts your selection into a clean, lowercase, dash-separated slug.

  4. Copy to clipboard

    Copies the generated slug so you can paste it anywhere.

  5. Confirm copied

    Confirms the slug is on your clipboard.
