Counts how often you land on each website as you browse, keeping a private per-host tally in the Data Store — no account, no tracking off-device.

How it works

  1. On page navigation

    Fires whenever a tab finishes navigating. Its output includes the page url.

  2. Get the hostname

    Python: extracts the hostname (e.g. news.ycombinator.com) from the page url. The last line is the result.

  3. Count this visit

    Adds 1 to this host's counter in the Data Store, creating it at 1 the first time. Returns { key, value } with the new total.
