How do I save every job post on a page to Google Sheets?

5 minBeginnerUpdated October 12, 2026AWFlow 0.8.2

Short answer

Right-click the job board page and run a four-node workflow. A Context Menu trigger adds Save jobs to Sheet, Get Structured Data in table mode reads the job table, Split Out turns its rows into one item per job, and Google Sheets appends a row with Title, Company, Location and Link. It works when the page shows jobs in a table whose headers are single words named Title, Company, Location and Link.

Before you start

The AWFlow browser extension
A Google Sheets connection, a spreadsheet and a worksheet
A job page that shows its jobs in a table with Title, Company, Location and Link headers
Single-word headers, with exactly those names. Boards that show jobs as free-form cards won't work as they are.

Add it to the right-click menu

Node: Context Menu

A Context Menu trigger with Menu Contexts set to Page adds Save jobs to Sheet to the right-click menu on any page.

Read the job table

Node: Get Structured Data

Get Structured Data in table mode (Options › Mode set to Table) reads the table that matches the DOM Selector (table), with Table first row is header on so the first row gives the column names. Each row becomes an item keyed by its column header, so the table needs single-word headers named Title, Company, Location and Link.

Tip · Change DOM Selector to target your board's job table when the page has several tables.

Split it into one item per job

Node: Split Out

Split Out takes the array in Field To Split Out (items) and, with Output field name set to job, gives each row its own item, available as job.

Add a row per job

Node: Google Sheets

Google Sheets uses Resource Data and Data Operation Append Values into Worksheet to add one row for each job. The Data field maps Title, Company, Location and Link to {{ $input.job.Title }}, {{ $input.job.Company }}, {{ $input.job.Location }} and {{ $input.job.Link }}. Connect your Google account, then set the Spreadsheet and Worksheet; Range is Sheet1!A:D and Value Input Option is User Entered.

Tip · Put Title, Company, Location and Link in the first row of the worksheet; each value is placed in the column with the matching header.

Run it on a job page

Open a job page that lists its jobs in a table, right-click it and choose Agentic Workflow › Personal Workflows › Save jobs to Sheet. Then open your sheet to see one new row per job.

Common problems

Nothing is added, or the rows are empty

The page's table doesn't have single-word Title, Company, Location and Link headers, or DOM Selector points at another table. Check both.

The menu entry is missing

Activate the workflow, then right-click and choose Get / Refresh Workflows.
