Swap the destination
The same capture works with Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, Discord or any API. Change one node and keep the rest.
Change one node
Your capture workflows end with one write step. Replace it and keep the rest:
- Notion: pick your database instead of an Airtable table.
- Google Sheets: Append Values into Worksheet, mapping title and URL to columns.
- Slack or Discord: post a message.
- Push Notification: send it to your phone through ntfy or Pushover.
Any other service
Custom API reads an API’s OpenAPI description (a JSON spec) and turns its operations into settings. HTTP Request calls any URL and picks a saved credential in its Authentication field. Keep keys in Credentials rather than typing them into headers: values typed into a node travel with the workflow when you share it.
Keep tokens small
Create tokens with only the permissions your workflow needs. Each connection page in the docs lists them per operation.
Key takeaways
- Replace only the last step to send the same data elsewhere.
- Custom API and HTTP Request reach services without a dedicated node.
- Give every token only the permissions the workflow needs.
